1. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are only available for cancellations made before the start of the first class. Once a class has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation and Refund Requests:

   • To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your initial registration and before attending any classes.
   • Refund requests must be submitted via email or through our website's contact form.

3. Refund Process:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. No Refunds After Class Starts:

   • After attending the first class, no refunds will be granted. This includes situations where a student decides to withdraw from the course or is dissatisfied with the class.

5. Class Rescheduling:

   • If you need to reschedule a class, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling does not constitute a refund.

6. Special Circumstances:

   • In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
